Septic paperwork and tools on the tailgate of a service truck

Septic Guides for Whatcom County Homeowners

01Guides

Written for wet ground and this county's rules

Most septic advice online is written for somewhere drier and somewhere with different regulations. It tells you to pump every three years, warns you about tree roots, and stops there.

That misses the two things that actually matter here: a water table that comes up every winter and takes the margin out of a drain field, and a county that has its own onsite sewage programme with its own paperwork.

These guides cover both, plus the questions people genuinely ask us on the phone. Where we do not know a figure for certain, we say so rather than making one up.
