Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This site describes septic pumping, inspection, repair, installation and related services offered in Whatcom County, Washington. It is informational and it is not an offer to contract.

Nothing on this site forms a binding agreement to carry out work. Work is agreed through a written quote or work order that we issue and you accept, and that document governs the work rather than anything written here.

Quotes and pricing

Any price range or figure shown on this site is indicative and provided to help you plan. It is not a quote.

Quotes are specific to your property and system, are issued in writing, and are valid for the period stated. Quotes may be revised if the scope changes, if conditions are found on site that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand, or if disposal or material costs change materially before work begins. Where that happens we will tell you before proceeding.

Septic work in particular frequently uncovers conditions that were not visible before the tank was opened. Where that occurs you will be informed and given the option to proceed or stop before additional work is carried out.

Regulatory information on this site

Guidance on this site about Washington State and Whatcom County requirements, including inspection requirements, operation and maintenance obligations, permitting and records, is general information. It is not a substitute for confirming current requirements with Whatcom County Health or the Washington State Department of Health for your specific property, and it is not professional or legal advice for your situation.

Requirements change. Where a date, interval, fee or process is stated on this site, confirm it is current before relying on it.

Inspections and reports

An inspection describes the condition of a system at the time of inspection, based on what was observable and accessible. It is not a warranty or guarantee of future performance, and it does not certify that a system will continue to function for any period.

Septic systems are largely buried, and portions of a system may not be accessible or visible. An inspection is limited accordingly.

You may use this site for lawful purposes and to enquire about our services. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or submit false information through our forms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your rights under any written contract for work we carry out for you. Work we perform is governed by that contract and by any warranty stated in it.

If you consent to receive text messages, the terms in our privacy policy apply. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
